All quotations are prepared based on the event details you provide and remain valid for the period stated in the proposal. Menus, pricing and availability are confirmed only upon a signed agreement and receipt of the booking deposit.

A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit is received. The balance is payable as specified in your proposal, typically prior to the event date. Final guest counts must be confirmed within the timeframe noted in your agreement.

Menus can be customised to your preferences, dietary needs and cultural requirements. Final numbers confirmed close to the event form the basis of catering charges and cannot be reduced after the confirmation deadline.

Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits and notice periods, are detailed in your individual service agreement. Changes to date, venue or scope are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

We adhere to strict hygiene and food-safety standards. Guests with allergies or special dietary requirements must inform us in advance. We are not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or from food handled by third parties after service.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions or other unforeseen disruptions.
